If you attempt to make reservations by phone or through individual hotel websites, the Forum cannot guarantee that you will receive the conference lodging rate. The state rate for Virginia Beach is $94.00 but may change if the state adopts revised Federal per diems in October 2015.

Shuttle Bus
The shuttle buses will be running from all of the conference hotels every 15 minutes each conference day. They begin one hour before the first morning session and finish 45 minutes after the last session each day. Your hotel will have signage directing you where to wait for the bus. The good news is you park your car and don’t have to get in it again until the conference is over!
